हम क्या collect करते हैं

• Account data नहीं: Ringsizely registration, profile या password नहीं मांगता।
• Payment data नहीं: Ringsizely orders, cards या refunds process नहीं करता।
• Local saved sizes: wallet और calibration features data browser localStorage में रखते हैं, जब तक आप उसे export/share न करें।
• Analytics: site aggregate usage समझने के लिए Google Analytics 4 इस्तेमाल करती है, और aggregate measurement के लिए Cloudflare Web Analytics भी इस्तेमाल कर सकती है।
• Anonymous product events: कौन सा sizing system चुना गया, converted size values और tool actions जैसे interactions usage measurement के हिस्से के रूप में Google Analytics को भेजे जाते हैं। इनमें saved wallet labels, notes, contact form की सामग्री या free-text fields में लिखी कोई भी चीज़ कभी शामिल नहीं होती।

संपर्क फ़ॉर्म

अगर आप contact form से हमें संदेश भेजते हैं, तो हमें आपका नाम, email address, संदेश का text और वह page address मिलता है जहाँ से form भेजा गया। Form Cloudflare Turnstile से सुरक्षित है — Cloudflare द्वारा संचालित एक anti-bot जाँच जो technical browser signals process करती है। संदेश हमारे same-site form endpoint से होकर email पर पहुँचता है ताकि हम जवाब दे सकें। हम इसे marketing के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं करते और जवाब देने के लिए जितना जरूरी है उससे आगे share नहीं करते।

तकनीकी डेटा

Analytics और metrics tools device type, browser, language, approximate location, visited pages, interaction events और technical logs जैसे data receive कर सकते हैं। हम इसे usage समझने और UX, performance, security तथा stability सुधारने के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं।

Cookies और local storage

Core tools account के बिना काम करते हैं। Browser storage saved ring sizes, card calibration, dismissed UI notices और offline behavior के लिए इस्तेमाल हो सकता है। Analytics tools आपके browser और configuration के अनुसार cookies या similar identifiers इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। आप browser settings से local data और cookies clear कर सकते हैं।

Affiliate और external links

Ringsizely jewelers, smart-ring brands, sizing kits या दूसरी websites को link कर सकता है। उन sites की अपनी privacy policies होती हैं। Affiliate links, अगर enabled हों, तो purchase-intent actions के पास disclose होने चाहिए।

Data का उपयोग

Aggregate analytics broken pages ढूँढने, tools सुधारने, content priority तय करने, performance monitor करने और site stable रखने में मदद करती है। हम personal information नहीं बेचते।

आपके विकल्प
